The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQ 41702-0004-07 for the provision of providing Protestant Spiritual Leader & Catholic Spiritual Leader Services. The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment, located at the Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, Michigan. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible company(s) or individual(s) who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The contract periods for the service will consist of a base year and four option years. The estimated quantities for the base period and each option year is 1040 sessions for each service. A session is defined as one hour. The contractor will provide approximately 20 sessions per week. The number of hours per week shall not exceed thirty (30) hours.
