Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, requires a contract for Sports Officials. Services include providing sports officials for sporting events and tournaments. Sports include intramural basketball, softball, volleyball, and flag football as per the Statement of Work (SOW). Unit prices are per game with an estimated number of games for each sport. Officials must be qualified and registered through the respective national sports federation. The period of performance will be 1 October 2005 thru 30 September 2006, with two 12 month option periods. Offerors shall bid on all items in order to be considered responsive. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures Test Program.
