Peterson AFB is seeking sources to perform sports officiating services. The following is a brief description of the expected scope of work: The contractor shall provide and schedule the proper number of qualified and certified officials, referees, scorekeepers, and timekeepers to officiate all games, knowing the rules, floor and field techniques of intramural, varsity, and youth sports, as set forth by the United States Volleyball Association (USAVBA), National Federation Rules of Soccer, Amateur Softball Association Rules (ASA), National Collegiate Association (NCAA), National Intramural Sports Association (NIRSA), official?s handbooks, and the combined bases by-laws for intramural, varsity and youth volleyball, soccer, basketball, softball, baseball and flag football for games at Peterson AFB, Schriever AFB, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs CO.
