What is the evaluation criteria?  Answer:  The evaluation criteria is explained under the announcement description at FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021) as well as in the attachment titled Solicitation PWS - Clauses and Provisions . Question 2. Is there an incumbent and if so, what is their award number and amount? Answer:  There is no incumbent. This is a new requirement. Question 3. What is the contract value or can you give me a range? Answer:  There is no contract in place. We are not providing the Government s cost estimate or range.   Question 4. Are there any requirements such as resumes, insurance, years of experience? Answer:  All of this is explained under the announcement description Instructions to Offers (ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES) as well as in the attachment titled Solicitation PWS Clauses and Provisions .  Question 5.
