FLC Norfolk Philadelphia Office intends to procure, on a 100% small business set-aside basis, continued chaplain support services on behalf of the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. The BUMED Chaplain is in a continuous process to improve upon several interrelated items: standards of practice, clinical competencies, best practices, and data collection systems and methods. BUMED Chaplain requires continued contract support services to review, analyze, and provide subject matter expert recommendations concerning the improvement of and training to standards of pastoral care to meet these training requirements. The Period of Performance is 1 September 2020 through 31 August 2021 with four, one-year option periods, if exercised in accordance with FAR 52.217-9.
