The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Wafer Technology LTD, on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for 100 each 2” Single Crystal GaSb, Tellurium doped > 5E17, Two-Sides polished, (100) orientation, 500um thick, <= 1000 EPD, 10 each 3” Single Crystal GaSb, Tellurium doped > 5E17, Two-Sides polished, (100) orientation, 625um thick, <= 3000 EPD, 5 each 2” Single Crystal GaSb, Tellurium doped > 5E17, Two-Sides polished, (100) 0.35 degree to (111) A, alpha = 180 degree; 500um thick, <= 1000 EPD, 20 each 2” Single Crystal GaAs, Semi-Insulating Two-Sides polished, (100) orientation, 500um thick, <= 2000 EPD. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source is based on equipment being compatible to Wafer Technology LTD. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
