1. The Division of Innovation at the Kentucky Department of Education has decided to focus its efforts for individual and group leadership and team development around the GALLUP CliftonStrengths(R) assessment and resources. All members of the staff of the Division of Innovation have taken the GALLUP CliftonStrengths(R) assessment. The Division is seeking to enter into a Personal Services Contract for individual and team coaching with a GALLUP Certified Strengths Coach with previous experience in team coach situations. The contractor will use the GALLUP CliftonStrengths(R) assessment results of all division staff members to increase engagement and productivity within the Division including specific individual coaching for the Director and each team member as well full team coaching and development.
