The U.S. Department of the Army, Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), is seeking information for market research purpose regarding a potential requirement for GAMA Sterilization Treatments on a Firm-Fixed Price basis.

This is a Request for Information only. No award will be made on this requirement at this time and no reimbursement costs will be granted in association with providing information relevant to this request.

Product Specifications

1. Twenty (20) treatments of Gamma Radiation Sterilization, with different ranges of Gamma levels required to satisfy all the Bio-consumable products. Sterilzation services will be spread across the following item types and in the quantities noted:

a. Liquid Consumable Pack Type I x 2
b. Liquid Consumable Pack Type I x 6
c. Sample Bottle Consumable Pack Type II x 2
d. Dry Collection Kit Type IV x 4
e. Detergent Consumable Pack Type V x 4
f. Dry Collection Kit Type IV x 2

Gamma Radiation Sterilization treatments are required for processing of bio-consumable products.
2. Gamma Radiation Sterilzation will range from two (2) kilograys up to ten (10) kilograys.

3. The facility must be within an 8 hour door to door ground transportation radius of Pine Bluff Arsenal in order to minimize the ageing of the samples. Thus, contractor location is a consideration due to limitation on ageing time.
