This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation, identified as AG-3395-S-11-0001, is issued as a Request for Quotation using simplified acquisition procedures. Issue date of this synopsis/solicitation is November 3, 2010.

SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is a Emerging Small-Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 562111; the applicable small business size standard $12.5 million.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Perform garbage collection services at various locations on the George Washington & Jefferson National Forests.

GOVERNMENT ESTIMATE: Between $25,000 and $100,00.
