The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). The proposed source is Gartner Inc of Arlington Virginia. The procurement is IT research and advisory services on a subscription basis for one (1) year. Specifically, the subscription consists of "IT Executives - CIO, and IT Leaders - Advisor Workgroup Cross Function. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
