The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 334516. The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply and service as described above.
