The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement for a One- Time purchase of Gaseous Xenon, 99.999%, Grade (EW), in IAW Purchase Description Xenon, Technical, 25 Aug 2003. This product will be delivered to Wright Patterson AFB, OH on 1 July 2008. The Xenon shall be delivered in disposable aluminum cylinders approximately 21” high by 7” diameter with cap and with a minimum of 680 psig when filled at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The intended use is for flight hardware for satellite propulsion systems requiring extra high purity propellant. Each cylinder delivered to the customer is required to be fully tested in accordance with the purchase description prior to shipping from the fill point. The quantity is approximately 2,000 Liters, delivery requirement is FOB destination. Subject request for quotation will be issued on or about 1 May 2008 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov.
