This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 511210 and the size standard is $ 38.5M. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to the successful offeror. Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) has a requirement for a gastroenterology software suite, technical support, maintenance and upgrade implementation to support the Gastroenterology Clinic, Department of Medicine at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The gastroenterology software suite allows providers to manage, operate the equipment which is used to track gastroenterology procedures performed as a single audit system or as a tool for either single or multi center studies. This software suite supports all stages of medical encounter: diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes. The software records and stores patient endoscopy and is an integral to the equipment. The Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing no later than 30 August 2016 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
