Scope of Work: Vendor shall be responsible for providing and installing and programming the equipment specified in the equipment table. The Graham Center Game Room is a multipurpose lounge and gaming space. In terms of audio, the room audio will be divided into 3 separate zones: pool table area, lounge area, and gaming area. Wireless microphones and antenna system will be provided by FIU and will be installed by the vendor. The Crestron NVX system will provide breakout audio for the (2) tuners, HDMI input in the lounge, and Fourwinds PC. Karaoke computer audio will be sent separately to the audio DSP. A mini pin wall plate should be installed at the reception desk along with the Crestron TSW1070. Regarding video, a Crestron NVX system will be installed as per the documentation provided. Crestron DM-NVX should be programmed to do all switching via layer 3. All LCD TVs and mounts will be provided by FIU and shall be installed by the vendor. The lighting control system should control house and LED strip light fixtures. LED strip lights will be controlled by sACN and then converter to DMX and the house lights will be control via 0-10V. Vendor’s programming should allow end-user to create (6) presets for house light and (6) presets for strip light. FIU will provide low voltage fire alarm dry contact and vendor is responsible for ensuring that system mutes all audio coming out of the audio DSP and recalling specific house light preset. Vendor’s programming shall include scrolling lists for video input and output selection, 5-digit password for the touch panels with hardcoded backdoor, password should user programmed via the admin page and admin page access should be via hidden button pushes. Graphic User Interface sample will need to submit to customer for final approval. The Crestron control system shall control the following Items: 1) RS-232 for TV tuners ( ch up/dn, scrolling list of (20) preset channels) 2) RS-232 for all nongaming TVs (on/off & volume up/dn) 3) Full 0-10V lighting control on each zone and ability to control and save (6) presets for later use 4) Full dmx lighting control and ability to control and save (6) presets for later use 5) Cameo keypad should be able to recall house light presets 6) Real feedback for all control whenever possible
