Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Burruss State Prison Mechanical Upgrades in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. The scope shall include replacement of underground heating water supply and return loops; replace underground chilled water supply and return loops; bring gas utility to Building M; add access doors to dorm penthouse mechanical rooms; HVAC replacement in Buildings A, B, J, K. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
