Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Lee Arrendale State Prison Kitchen Fire Protection in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. The scope shall include: replacing the current fire alarm system in Kitchen Area with an addressable fire alarm system, to include replacement of all detectors, fire alarm panels and annunciators. System will monitor hood systems and activate as required by code. System will monitor and control HVAC systems / exhaust fans as required by code. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
