City of Sparta, Georgia GDOT TIA Roadway Improvements on Adam Street, Maiden Street, and Rabun Street Bids will be received at City of Sparta, City Hall, 12912 Broad Street, Sparta, GA 31087 until 1:00 p.m. on September 5, 2024. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: Approximately 780 Tons of 9.5 mm Asphalt Superpave, 35 Tons of Asphalt Pavement Patching, 625 S.Y. of Variable Depth Asphalt Milling, 1,510 Gallons of Tack Coat, 7,800 L.F. of 5-inch Thermoplastic Pavement Striping, 60 L.F. of 24-inch Thermoplastic Pavement Striping, along with Adjusting 5 Structures to Grade, Traffic Control, and Erosion Control Measures. Time of completion for all work associated with this project shall be forty-five (45) consecutive calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER.
