OVERVIEW: Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Columbus Technical College (COT) to establish a one-time purchase with one authorized supplier who will provide a new GE Logiq P9 Ultrasound System to their Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. The College is seeking to purchase two additional GE Logiq P9 ultrasound systems for their Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. Substitutions will not be considered. Bidders must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the requested equipment. Bidders must upload an itemized quote and a signed copy of the Federal Form W9 (2018) to the bid event.
