NOTICE OF INTENT

The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to GE Medical Systems Information Technology, Inc. for the purchase of GE Muse Software and on-site Services and Support. GE Medical Systems Information Technology, Inc. is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this service to Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement for consideration. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. Interested persons may submit their interest and capability for future consideration no later than Thursday, 29 October 2015 at 4:00 pm CST. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
