This GPC System Pt. #21110000, MdL: GX-271 Cleanup w/UV DET  and accessories (See attached equipment list) is a unique SPE, LLE, GPC systems that has the capability to increase our current capacity to assess human exposure to PAHs by almost a factor of three.  The GPC system provides a method that allows for the analyst to quickly set up a method for accurately extract our compounds of interest while also removing matrix interferences.  the Gilson Automated GX-271 GPC system provides a high throughput of samples by allowing analysis of up to 80 samples during any given run, which will be then later run on a mass spectrometer that allows for analysis of hard to detect PAHs, such as benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) metabolites that are adducted to human hemoglobin and serum albumin molecules.
