= Description of Service: The Contractor shall furnish services of transporting Government freight by the Contractor provided trucks as set forth in the Pricing Schedule, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices.

The anticipated performance start date is 1 Nov 2017. (Subject to change)
