SCOPE OF WORK

1.  SCOPE:

The contractor shall supply and deliver a trailer generator to Lac qui Parle Project.

 Watson, MN.

2.  SPECIFICATIONS:

The generator shall be a 1&3 phase 50kw Cummings generator Model - 50DSFAC & trailer or equal by meeting or exceeding the following requirements:

Model - 50DSFAC  generator & trailer

Cummings  motor - gross engine power output (brake horse power) 145hp

Diesel motor, liquid cooled

50kW  60Hz  generator

Cert-EPA, Nonroad CI, tier 3 per 40 CFR 89

Enclosure-steel , sound Att, level 1, w/exhaust system

Voltage-120/240, 3 phase, Delta , 4 wire

Alternator-60 Hz,12 Ld, Broad Rng, full 1Ph Outp,105C

Set control-PCC 2100

Exciter/regulator- Pmg,3 phase Sensor

3.  DELIVERY DUE DATE

The Generator shall be delivered on or before 1 January 2012. 

4.  SHIPMENT

            The bid price shall include the cost of transporting and unloading to the destination site.  Shipment shall be prepaid and made at the Contractor's expense.

            The Contractor shall notify the government of the shipment at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.  Delivery shall be between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday, except on Government holidays.  Any delivery arriving after 3:00 P.M. will not be accepted by Government personnel until the next work period as designated above.
