The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Geocue Corporation, on other than full and open competitive basis for 1 each Geocue Enterprise Server, 3 each Geocue Client, 3 each Lidar 1 Cuepac, 1 each Project Manager Cuepac, Annual Software Maintenance Geocue Products, 5 days on-site training, 1 each Terrascan-Terramodeler-Terramatch-Terraphoto Bundle, 1 year Original Software for the Maintenance, 1 year Annual Maintenance Terramodeler Seat # 3, 1 year Annual Maintenance Terramatch Seat # 2, 1 year Annual Maintenance Terraphoto Seat # 1. Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source is based on unique capabilities to Geocue Corporation. (Microsoft IE Required). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
