***ADDENDUM NO. 1*** The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: Georgetown Village PID-Shell Road Improvements The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required to provide improvements for Georgetown Village neighborhood consisting of removing existing plant material and irrigation then replacing and installing new plant material and drip irrigation outside the right of way along various sides of Shell Road. The second portion of this project will consist of installing new shade trees and tree bubbler irrigation outside the right of way along the south side of Bellaire Drive.
