The Department of Homeland Security intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to TerraPixel, LLC located at 11990 Market St., Reston, VA 20190-6000 for the purchase of Terrapixel ImagePatchTM cloud services. These self-hosted Geospatial imagery services are unique to TerraPixel, LLC. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 - only responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code is 541519. To the best of our knowledge, TerraPixel, LLC is the only provider of these services. The services to be provided can be found on the attached Bill of Materials. A Sole Source Justification that explains the determination to award on a sole source basis is attached. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, as no solicitation document is available. However any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give a written or fax notification to the Contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days from the date of this published synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.
