The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, services, insurance and equipment.  Work type may include, but is not limited to the purchased of a modular office building to include one restroom, as well as any/all power, water, and swage connections for use.  The site has the existing infrastructure already in place.  There is an existing old modular building which will have to be demoed and removed prior to this new modular building can be installed on the same exact location.  The new modular building shall be 56'x36'.  All measurements are approximate.  Exact measurements are the responsibility of the contractor.  A sire inspection prior to bidding is required. 

The objective is to provide a turn-key, 56 feet by 36 feet, ready to use office facility, with one (1) purchased modular building with four (4) offices, a conference room, a reception area, one unisex restroom, one storage office, a kitchen and a large space at the FAA Tech Ops, Longview ATCT in Longview, Texas.
