Sealed bids for GIAC SERVICE PLATFORM will be received by Scott Andrew at the Office of the City Controller of the City of Ithaca, 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY 14850 until Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. The Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. through a Zoom Meeting. The Zoom link will be posted on the City’s Website. This Project will consist of the construction and installation of a service platform on the Main Building of GIAC. The Project is located at 301 West Court Street, Ithaca, New York 14850. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to comply with the updated Prevailing Wage Rates, which will be updated July 1, 2022 A completed bid form, as well as required submittals, must be submitted for bidding. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Owner. Any bid received after the deadline will be rejected, regardless of the delivery method. The City is not responsible for late delivery by any carrier service.
