Please email a copy of your proposal to [email protected] with a cc: to [email protected] to be received no later than Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 2:00 PM, Eastern Time. Hard copy submissions are also acceptable, as prescribed by FAR 52.215-1(c)(1). No other means of transmission are acceptable.

The purpose of this notice is to correct an error for the documents requiring restricted access. Only the drawings and SOW now require an access request.

Amendment 0003 adds a new site visit, it has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 10 AM.

Amendment 0004 is being incorporated into the solicitation to change the proposal submission instructions due to COVID-19:
