Owner: Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School District. Architect: Beard + Riser Architects PLLC. Submit bids according to Instructions to Bidders. Federal and State of Mississippi procurement laws and statutes shall govern submittal, opening, and award of bids. Project consists of restoration of historic steel windows at three campuses. Multiple-prime bids will be accepted. Work shall be in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation. Bids will be received for General Contract (all trades). Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.
