Federal and State of Mississippi procurement laws and statutes shall govern submittal, opening, and award of bids. Project consists of restoration of historic steel windows at three campuses. Multiple-prime bids will be accepted. Work shall be in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation. Bids will be received for General Contract (all trades).
