DLA Information Operations at new Cumberland, PA requires two types of training course. The first course is the generic iMotion training course number 201, and the second is the unique training course 251 which is designed around the modify iMotion software being used at the DLA Distribution depots.

Only GlobeRanger is the only company that can offer the iMotion training course numbers 201 and 251.

This acquisition is being restricted to GlobeRanger Corporation, 1130 E. Arapaho Rd Ste 600, Richardson, TX 75801 pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b) - soliciting from one source. Only GlobeRanger Corporation can meet DLA Information Operations at New Cumberland, PA requirement to provide training for both course numbers 201 and 251. No other source can meet the agency training requirement.

Interested contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 511210 with a small business size standard of $25,000,000 Million.
