SYNOPSIS: GLOBUS MEDICAL TLIF SPINAL IMPLANT SYSTEM
This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1) and FAR 5.207. This proposed action is for the procurement of Globus Medical System for two separate procedures.
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
This proposed procurement will be a sole source award under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 339113: Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. Business size standard for NAICS 339113 is 500 employees. PSC code: 6515 - Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment and Supplies.

The proposed source is Globus Medical 2560 General Armistead Ave Audubon, PA 19403-5214

This procurement will not be competed because the aforementioned GLOBUS implant and plating system is what the only surgeon determined is the best for these particular patients medical needs.

The Government will award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical Capability and Price will be used to evaluate all offers.
