Shaw AREVA MOX Services, LLC (MOX Services), operating under U. S. Department of Energy (DOE) Prime Contract DE-AC02-99CH10888, is the Prime Contractor for the Mixed Oxide (MOX) Fuel Fabrication Facility (MFFF) Project to be built at the Savannah River Site (Aiken, South Carolina, USA). Under the Terms and Conditions of the Prime Contract, MOX Services is responsible for the procurement of Supplies, Services, and Construction in support of the MOX Project. ASNT-TC-1A, 1988 Edition 3. 10 CFR 21- Requirements for “Reporting of Defects and Noncompliance” 4. Commercial Grade dedication process written to an industry recognized standard. (e.g., CGI dedication guidelines, EPRI NP5652). In addition, these requirements must be “flowed down” to respective sub-tier suppliers.
