The Army Contracting Command Command-Redstone Arsenal AL intends to award AdaCore, on a sole-source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1(c), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satifsy agency requirements, and products descriptions, peculiar to one manufacturor," for GNAT Pro Enterprise Software.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to AdaCore.
