This Request for Quotation is to award one (1) contract for hydroseeding services to cover 35,000 Square Feet for application on the golf course greens for Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Delivery and installation will be no later than 11 April 2025. The basic requirement for the compost is contained in Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement.

The evaluation factors for award will be listed in decending order of importance:

2. Technical Acceptability

3. Price
