This requirement is pursuant to FAR 13.5 and FAR 6.302, and is limited to authorized GoToWebinar distributors due to capability requirements. The specifications for the required support will be included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and will be awarded to the lowest bidder. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. The RFQ along with any amendments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website on or around 9/18/2018 and will close 3 days thereafter (9/20/2018). All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments through FEDBIZOPPS. No CDs or hardcopies will be provided. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website. All questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTES Guidelines:The Offeror's quote must include all data and information requested by the RFQ.
A Standard Form 18, "Request for Quotation," completed and signed by the Offeror constitutes the Offeror's acceptance of the terms and conditions of the proposed purchase order. Therefore, the SF18 should be executed by a representative of the Quoter authorized to commit the Quoter to contractual obligations. Offerors must complete and sign the Standard Form 18 Blocks 13 - 14.
Offerors are expected to examine this entire request for quotation document. Failure to do so will be at the Offeror's own risk.
The Offeror's quote shall be held firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
BASIS FOR AWARD
Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The period of performance is 9/22/2018 to 9/21/2019.
