The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with GPS Source Inc for GPS SPLITTERS P/N: S18-PMS-1275/5/SF, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
