The Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) is interested in procuring navigator support and graduated services for survivors of trafficking who have completed their enrollment period in an OTIP grant program providing comprehensive case management services. The vendor will assist program participants nationwide to reach economic mobility goals through connections to safe housing, education, financial services, legal aid, and employment opportunities. The vendor must:
(b) Purpose: As part of its market research, OTIP is issuing this RFI to determine: (i) the most suitable approach to develop a Statement of Work and procure services for the aforementioned requirement; (ii) if there are an adequate number of qualified interested GSA Schedule contractors capable of providing support as further described in the attached Statement of Need (Attachment A); (iii) whether the requirement is suitable for a small business set-aside; and (iv) responses from industry to further develop the requirement.
