Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Granger Park will be received at City of LaGrange, 200 Ridley Avenue, LaGrange, Georgia 30240, until 2 p.m., local time, on September 8, 2021, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of constructing a multiuse park on an approximate 1.1-acre parcel located near the intersection of Hunnicutt Place and Granger Drive. The park will consist of a parking area, concrete walking trail, a grassed lawn, an entry trellis/features, a general use pavilion, two playground areas for various age groups, a Tricycle track, an underground stormwater detention area, various other site appurtenances, and landscaping.
