Q1)  Will the carbon exchanges going to be changed out all at once?
A1)  No, the carbon exchanges will be conducted as needed through the contract year. 

Q2)  How do you determine when the carbon exchanges are needed?
A2)  We sample the plants monthly and review the results to determine what carbon exchanges are needed.

Q3)  Can we store activated carbon on the base? 
A3)  No

Q4)  Where are the plants located.
A4)  On and off MMR, upper cape cod, MA
