THE CONFEDERATED TRIBES OF THE WARM SPRINGS RESERVATION OF OREGONGRAPPLE PILING BID# B9751-V10-4332 Bid Opening: 4:00 PM on June 27, 2024The Forestry Department of the Confederated Tribes is seeking services of a hydraulic excavator with a "lift and pile" mechanism and operator who is experienced in performing Grapple Piling services. Contractor shall furnish all transportation, labor, supervision, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete work on time. This is to perform grapple piling of logging slash and vegetative material on 318 acres of Tribal land, also listed are 100 acres of Optional Piling Acres which may become available. There is only 1 bid item to be awarded. Anticipated Contract period will be from July 1, 2024 - November 15, 2024. In-lieu of Performance and Payment bonds, invoices will be subject to a 20% holdback until final approval and completion of the job. The total project estimated price range is from $100,000 and $250,000 and is a federally funded project subject to all applicable rules and regulations including but not limited to Indian Preference.
