The Army Contracting Command - NJ Fort Dix, New Jersey intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W15QKN-18-R-1039 for a Gravel Requirement in the Fort Dix, NJ area as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). BROAD DESCRIPTION of WORK: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the listed requirements as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
