The 9th Contracting Squadron located at Beale Air Force Base, California, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, other incidental items, and services necessary to perform pumping, cleaning, and removal of scum blankets for Beale AFB, CA 95903.

Please see the attached DRAFT version Statement of Work for further description of the requirement. Changes may be made to the SOW in any resulting Request for Quote.

No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. Any information submitted is voluntary. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for a possible contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, woman-owned, etc.)

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562219 for Other Nonhazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. The Standard Industry Code for this procurement is 4953. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $12.5 Million annual revenue.

The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award.

This contract will be comprised of a base year and (3) option years. The performance period for the base year will be from approximately 1 Nov 2011 to 30 Sept 2012; option years will be on an annual basis thereafter, issued at the discretion of the Government.
