The City is requesting proposals for CONSULTANT services to provide assistance over the course of five years (from the effective date of the contract) to move forward with implementation of its GSI Plan. This RFP addresses various items that have been identified as necessary for successful GSI Plan implementation. The City requests that the CONSULTANT present a unique, innovative approach in its proposal with regards to how the workplan will be carried out and how all products will be created. The City also requests that each Scope item be thought of as a piece of a puzzle to create an optimal GSI Program. Thus, the CONSULTANT is expected to consider task overlap and relationships of product components when proposing a project schedule and budget. Furthermore, the CONSULTANT is highly encouraged to suggest refinements and innovative methodologies that ultimately achieve the work products described below.
