  This notice serves as a presolicitation notice / procurement synopsis.  The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Rapid Acquisition Cell (RAC) Contracting Office, AFLCMC/PZJ, located at 205 West D Avenue, Building 350, Suite 420, Eglin Air Force Base, FL, 32542, intends to award one (1) sole source contract to Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS)

1151 E Hermans Road, Building 807 Tucson, Arizona 85956 United States.

The contract will be a one (1) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $7 Million.  The authority for going sole source is FAR 6.302-1 [10 U.S.C.(c)(1)], Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

 Specific contract requirements include, but are not limited to engineering system support for the Griffin Missile. The anticipated contract award date is February 2015. Support delivery schedules will be specified in individual Delivery Orders.

 This notice of contract action is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. Interested responsible sources may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice.  In your response, indicate your business size (large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), women-owned, HUBZone, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned) and specify whether the firm is U.S. or foreign-owned.  The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred preparing proposals in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
