THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. This is only a sources sought announcement and not an intent to procure. A solicitation is not available at this time and any requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific will use responses to this sources sought synopsis to make appropriate acquisition decisions for the planned One to Three (1 - 3) Year Firmed Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). After review of the responses submitted regarding this potential acquisition, a solicitation announcement will be published in Federal Business Opportunities if and when the Government intends to continue with the procurement.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific is seeking sources to provide the supply and delivery of semi-perishable / perishable grocery items for Singapore. Items are required to meet Worldwide Directory of Approved Sources requirements:

- Groceries, General Line - Beverages - Juices
- Spices - Dairy Products - Bakery Products
- Meats (Beef, Lamb, Pork) - Seafood - Water
- Milk - Canned Goods - Coffee
- Tea - Ice Cream - Candy Bars

Prospective offerors must have the capability to provide a full line of grocery products, to include, all of the items noted above.

The planned award BPA is estimated up to $700,000.00; which is inclusive of shipping and delivery. The delivery locations will be at designated locations throughout Singapore. The applicable NAICS codes:

The small business size standard is 100 employees. Interested parties shall provide the following information to the Government: (1) Name of company - include company address, a contact person's name, telephone number, and email address; (2) Company size (please specify as either large, small business, etc.; (3) Describe in detail the firm's capability to provide the items listed above along with item lead times. Respondents should include applicable Duns and Bradstreet Number (DUNS), Tax Identification Number (TIN) and System for Award Management (SAM) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code number; (4) VET Approved Source status.
