THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. This is only a sources sought announcement and not an intent to procure. A solicitation is not available at this time and any requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific will use responses to this sources sought synopsis to make appropriate acquisition decisions for the planned One to Three (1 - 3) Year Firmed Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). After review of the responses submitted regarding this potential acquisition, a solicitation announcement will be published in Federal Business Opportunities if and when the Government intends to continue with the procurement.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific is seeking sources to provide the supply and delivery of semi-perishable / perishable grocery items for the Philippines. Items are required to meet Worldwide Directory of Approved Sources requirements:

- Fresh, Fruit, and Vegetables (FF&V) - Beverages - Juices
- Groceries, General Line - Dairy Products - Bakery Products
- Meats (Beef, Chicken, Pork) - Seafood - Water
- Milk - Canned Goods - Coffee
- Tea - Ice Cream - Cereal

Prospective offerors must have the capability to provide a full line of grocery products, to include, all of the items noted above.

The planned award BPA(s) estimated total of all orders place is between $30,000 to $300,000.00; which is inclusive of shipping and delivery. The delivery location will be Luzon, Palawan, and Zamboanga, Philippines. The applicable NAICS codes:

The small business size standard is 100 employees.
