This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is ERFM006-21and this solicitation is issued as a Request For QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-01. The North American Industry Classification System code is 311119.  This requirement is 100% set aside for a small business.  UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a THREE MONTH, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for the commercial item listed under section B of the attached solicitation form.
