REQUIREMENT:
Performance requirements for the mobile ground power units are as follows:

Input power requirements:
- 208-240VAC, 3 phase, 50/60 Hz, 50 Amps max OR
- 200/115 VAC, 3 phase, 400 Hz, 50 Amps max.
Output power requirements (simultaneous capability):
- 201/120 VAC, 3 phase, 400 Hz power output rated at 30 Amps continuous, 50 Amp Max
- 120 VAC, 60 Hz, power output rated at 8.33 Amp continuous, 16 Amp surge
- 30.25 VDC power output @ 400 Amps continuous

DESC: INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH Tesla Industries, Inc. The Air Force, Edwards Air Force Base, CA intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Tesla Industries, Inc., 109 Centerpoint Blvd. New Castle, DE 19720. The Sole Source purchase will be for one (1) TI5400 400Hz GPU 24 UAV AC/DC units.

Tesla Industries, Inc. is the only known source identified that can satisfy the agency requirement of this supply and meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 335311 and the size standard is 750 employees.
Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide TI5400 400Hz GPU 24 UAV AC/DC units matching the above requirements.
