This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this project.

Offerors MUST register in the Central Contractor Registration(CCR) - See FAR 52.204-7 and Online Representations and Certifications Applications(ORCA) - See FAR clause 52.204-8.

Contractors must have an "active" registration at the time of award for the Government to access electronically.
