GROUNDS MAINTENANCE FOR JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO RANDOLPH, SEGUIN AIR FIELD, & CANYON LAKE RECREATION AREAS

This is a pre-solicitation notice for non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform grounds maintenance at JBSA-RND, Seguin Auxiliary Air Field (located in Seguin, TX.) and JBSA Canyon Lake Recreation Area in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract.  The contract will be awarded for a 5-year ordering period, with the base period beginning on 1 Sep 2016 through 31 Aug  2017.  This acquisition is set aside 100% 8(a) contractor, NAICS Code 561730,  with a size code of $7.5M.  The Service Contract Act of 1965 as amended applies to this requirement.  The solicitation will be issued as an RFP and posted on Fed Biz Ops (https://www.fbo.gov) electronically, on or about March 23, 2016.  A DRAFT copy of the PWS is included with this notice.

Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.  All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that will be considered by this Agency.  All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer on this solicitation must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a commercial and government entity  (CAGE CODE).  All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer on this solicitation must complete electronic annual representations and certifications.
